ANY PERSON(s) THAT ARE or BELIEVED TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL or ANY ILLEGAL DRUG SUBSTANCE and/or FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF SUCH SUBSTANCES  WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR TRAINING HALL or OUR HOSTED WORKSHOP/SEMINAR EVENT (WHETHER INSIDE or OUTSIDE TMAA's FACILITY) BY OUR OWN SECURITY and/or LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. THE OFFENDER(s) WILL BE PROMPTLY TURNED IN AND SUBJECT TO ARREST BY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES, and SUBJECT TO LEGAL ACTION ON OUR PART, AS DEEMED NECESSARY...
AS SUCH, THE OFFENDER(s) SHALL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FROM US, AND SHALL BE FOREVER BANISHED FROM THE TMAA FACILITY or TMAA/MOROLAND HOSTED/SPONSORED EVENTS and FORFEIT ANY PROPERTY LEFT ON TMAA PREMISES.
(We have in the past, had troubles from certain persons whom we unwittingly had trusted, whom turned out to be nothing more than drug addicted felons(convicted or otherwise), lie, manipulate and abused our friendship and sometimes partnership... We have since made a total commitment not to let that ever happen again....
TMAA now reserves the right that any person(s) exhibiting such felonious behavior will be confronted and will be subject to a criminal background check through public domain and/or private entities as Texas state law will allow us to do so...
PUBLIC RECORDS IS JUST THAT PUBLIC RECORD- PROVIDED TO THE PUBLIC FOR SUCH PURPOSES BY THE STATE OF TEXAS, PERIOD.  ALL CRIMINAL CHARGES- FELONY OR OTHERWISE POSTED ON PUBLIC DOMAIN ARE A MATTER OF TEXAS PUBLIC RECORD AND CAN BE VIEWED BY ALL.

OUR STAFF MEMBERS HAVE PERSONALLY ATTENDED SEMINARS OURSELVES AND SEEN DRUG USE RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR EYES AND THE OTHER ATTENDEES... WE WERE MADE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN THEY TOOK US ASIDE AND TOLD US NOT TO EXPOSE THIS FACT. AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, WE REMOVED OURSELVES FROM THEIR COMPANY PROFESSIONALLY AND OTHERWISE.  IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT ANYONE CAN CONSIDER THEMSELVES AS PROFESSIONAL MARTIAL ARTISTS WHEN THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE BETTER, TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT AND ACT AS THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW, AND TRY TO TELL PEOPLE WHAT TO DO... AND ALL THE WHILE THEY ARE DOING DRUGS AND HIDING IT. SO, BEING SAID, THEY ARE NOT WELCOME IN OUR MIDST. THEY HAVE RECORDS OF CONVICTION, PROVEN HABITUAL AND FELONOUS BEHAVIOR AND WE DO NOT SEE THEY WILL EVER LEARN THAT WHAT THEY DO IS WRONG.  As a matter of Christian faith, We also hope those past offensive individuals (who only remain nameless at this time out of respect of their families, otherwise we would post them without hesitation), seek the much needed professional help they obviously do need to deal with their demons, and we wish they repent their transgressions and find Jesus Christ, our Lord & Savior. Our prayers do go out to all involved.)

Learning any martial art is a gift that keeps on giving throughout your lifetime of practice and dedication and, as such, it is your OWN PERSONAL JOURNEY-
Yes, in many circles, people may legally own a given name, a brand name, a logo, maybe even an image or two, but, they don't own YOU or martial arts- they never will.
You have FREE WILL to learn whatever you want, how you wish to learn, where you want, with whom you want to train with and when you want to...
...but, beware of the EGOs out there. Nobody can patent raising an arm some "special way" or  use a "special kick"... we all can raise our arms and kick or legs...
Those with the big egos believe they can tell you how to be and think is indeed on the wrong path in life. You will find them bragging mostly about themselves, while they manipulate you for their own profit, some hide behind their curtain of achievements(even when their achievements are founded and are great) but, it's their character and personal actions that are undesirable. They even try to destroy credibility for personal gain.  The person they are inside is lacking, and it is sad. Some of these egotists, adding to their problems, are felon drug users or have some metal issue that is clouding their judgment skills and how they treat those around them...
The martial arts community would be a better place  if the ego could be placed in check, but, we are all human...and as such we will always have egos of some type, even unknowingly within ourselves to some degree.

We, here at TMAA and Moroland ,student and teacher alike, know no matter how famous or great we become- we are all flawed, seek out and have chosen our own paths of free will to learn and teach what we want and share it with ourselves and our members to the best of our abilities to do so...and reject those egos that wish to enslave the arts for personal reasons of gain and profit...
