Workshop I will provide a thorough analysis of the body's vital points and
how to use them to your advantage via strikes with and without weaponry and in the grapple.

Workshop II will present the parts of the body that are natural weapons,
largely because they are very injury resistant and can be effectively used to injure or kill an opponent,
also, to use of weapon in conjunction with your body...

Workshop III goes into the crazy world of low blows and blocks for fighting a standing opponent from the ground that could easily save your life!

Workshop IV explores how to pick up and use improvised weapons you can find around you during under the stress of an actual attack and show how to effectively use them to your advantage and your opponents demise.
